Welcome to the Khelamm Community
Khelamm exists to help people discover, organize, and enjoy sports and recreational games in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
These Community Guidelines apply to all users of the Khelamm platform, including players and hosts.
By using Khelamm, you agree to follow these guidelines and contribute positively to the community.
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, removal of hosting privileges, or permanent removal from the platform.
1. General Community Standards
Be Respectful
Treat all members of the community with respect both on and off the playing field.

Healthy competition is encouraged. Disrespectful behavior is not.
Play Fair
Khelamm is built around sportsmanship and fair play.
Users should:

Avoid intentionally disrupting games

Encourage positive participation
Winning is important. Respect is more important.
Keep the Community Safe
Safety comes first.
Users should:

Report unsafe conditions

Report dangerous conduct

Respect health and safety instructions
If a situation appears unsafe, users should prioritize their personal safety and leave the area if necessary.
Respect Privacy
Users must respect the privacy of others.

Attempt to access another person's account

Misuse host verification or identity-related information

Reporting Problems
Users are encouraged to report:

Violations of these Community Guidelines
False or malicious reports are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
2. Player Guidelines
Show Up for Games
When you join a game, other participants rely on your commitment.
Players should:

Arrive on time

Be prepared to participate

Respect game schedules
-
Act responsibly
Repeated no-shows negatively affect the experience of other users and may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Cancel Responsibly
Players may leave a joined game only up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled game start time.
Failure to attend a game after this period may result in a no-show flag being applied to the account.
Repeated no-shows may result in:

Permanent removal from the platform
Respect Hosts and Organizers
Hosts invest time and effort into organizing games.
Players should:

Follow reasonable instructions from hosts

Respect venue rules

Respect equipment and facilities

Cooperate during game organization
Respect Other Players
Players should:

Welcome new participants
-
Encourage teamwork
-
Avoid toxic behavior

Resolve disagreements respectfully
Friendly competition is encouraged.
Hostility is not.
Accept Decisions Respectfully
Disagreements are a normal part of sports.
Players should:

Remain calm

Avoid arguments and confrontations

Respect officials where applicable

Continue participating respectfully
Repeated disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action.
Maintain Good Sportsmanship
Good sportsmanship includes:

The goal is to create an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
3. Host Guidelines
Lead by Example
Hosts help shape the experience of every game they organize.
Hosts are expected to:

Treat all participants fairly

Create a welcoming environment

Promote sportsmanship and respect
Organize Responsibly
Hosts are responsible for all aspects of organizing their games.
This includes:

Securing and booking venues or grounds
-
Ensuring venue availability
-
Providing accurate game information
-
Preparing necessary equipment and kits
-
Providing match balls and game materials
-
Arranging referees or officials where applicable
-
Managing attendance
-
Ensuring participants have sufficient information to attend the game
Hosts should make reasonable efforts to ensure games are properly organized and ready to begin as scheduled.
Prioritize Safety
Hosts should:

Consider weather conditions
-
Assess venue safety
-
Avoid unsafe playing conditions
-
Cancel games when conditions become unsafe
Player safety should always take priority over completing a game.
Cancellations
Hosts may cancel games for legitimate reasons including:

Insufficient player participation
-
Adverse weather conditions
-
Unsafe playing conditions
-
Emergencies
-
Other hazardous or unforeseen circumstances
Hosts must provide a valid reason for cancellation through the platform.
Repeated cancellations without legitimate reasons may result in review of hosting privileges.
Be Honest and Transparent
Hosts must:

Provide accurate game information

Accurately describe participation requirements
-
Avoid misleading participants
-
Avoid false or deceptive listings
Misrepresentation may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Participation Fees
Khelamm does not collect, process, hold, manage, or facilitate payments between users.
Where participation fees apply:

Players pay hosts directly
-
Hosts are solely responsible for collecting fees
-
Hosts are solely responsible for managing payment-related issues
-
Hosts are solely responsible for handling any applicable refunds
Fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest payment practices are prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Fair Treatment of Players
Hosts should:

Treat participants fairly
-
Encourage inclusion
-
Maintain respectful communication
-
Promote a positive playing environment
Discrimination of any kind is prohibited.
Reporting Misconduct
Hosts are encouraged to report:

Unsafe behavior

Harassment
-
Threats
-
Repeated no-shows

Fraudulent activity

Serious violations of Community Guidelines
Reports help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
Removal From Games
Hosts may require a participant to leave a game if the participant:

Creates a safety risk
-
Engages in abusive conduct
-
Harasses others
-
Violates game rules
-
Violates Khelamm Community Guidelines
Hosts should exercise this authority reasonably and only when necessary to protect the safety and enjoyment of participants.
4. Enforcement
Khelamm may investigate reports and violations of these Community Guidelines.
Depending on the severity of the violation, Khelamm may take actions including:

Educational warnings

Temporary restrictions
-
Removal of hosting privileges
-
Temporary suspension
-
Permanent account suspension
-
Removal of game listings
Serious violations involving violence, threats, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or community safety concerns may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
Khelamm's decisions regarding enforcement are final.

Khelamm was created to help people connect through sports and recreational activities.
Every player and host contributes to the culture of the community.
